Payments are issued on a weekly basis, so you're never left waiting long to see the results of your sales. Simple, reliable, and right on schedule — every time.
Yes! We offer full property clearouts — we come in, assess everything, and handle it all. Before anything gets hauled away, we walk through your space and identify items with real resale value: furniture, collectibles, vintage goods, tools, art, and more. Those items go into our selling pipeline, and your 50% share from sales offsets your clearout cost — in many cases bringing it down to zero. Clearout pricing ranges from $100–$500+ per load depending on size and volume — and larger estates or commercial properties are priced by assessment after a free walkthrough.
When we clear a property, we actively sell anything with resale value before it leaves. You receive 50% of everything sold. That money is credited against your clearout fee. If enough items sell — and often they do — your remaining balance can be zero. It's not a guarantee, but it's the goal we work toward on every single job. The more sellable items your space has, the better your chances of walking away with cash in your pocket instead of a bill.
